Question by aks: How/what to plan for 8 days trip to Australia?
I am planning for a vacation to Australia in mid-September no need some help in planning e.g.

    Must see places
No. of day for each city
    Best location to stay
    Nature trails
Travel tips with respect to weather conditions
I will be reaching Melbourne around 3rd Sep and need to leave from Melbourne only. So planning to visit Melbourne only day(s) before my departure.

Australia is bigger than the contiguous USA. If you had eight days in the USA what would you expect to see? New York, Niagara Falls, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone… ooops, I’ve run out of time.

What do you want to see? The tropical north? the red centre? the cities? the beaches? You can’t see everything in eight days. I would suggest four days in Sydney then four days in Cairns for the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree and the Atherton Tablelands; or four days in Alice Springs including Uluru; or four days in Darwin taking in Kakadu National Park.

There are plenty of things to see but eight days is not long enough to see all of them.

This world famous beach on Whitsunday Island can only be accessed by boat, seaplane or helicopter. There is no harbour or building of any kind, so you get your feet wet on arrival.

Esta famosa praia nas ilhas Whitsunday não tem cais ou qualquer tipo de construção, para chegar ali você tem que ir de barco e molhar os pés na descida, ou usar um hidro avião ou helicóptero.
